Based on rolling admission, our applicant reviewal process ultimately seeks students that are wholeheartedly committed to realizing our mission - over any individual's laudable merits or abilities
Case Study
Recognizing the inefficiency of conventional club recruitment metrics that make quick, erroneous assessments, we enable applicants to truly exhibit their consulting abilities by scheduling a manageable case study for them to tackle over a three day period
Behavioral Chat
Beyond a short presentation based off the assigned case study, applicants would engage in a casual behavioral interview to allow SynC members to make a final decision on their program admittance
